Before... not After
Like my friend, Krisitn, I have an iMac through the university. She took pics of herself as Assistant Professor both before and then a year later. I somewhat duplicate that here.
hehe, i'm glad you did this. you can see what kind of wrinkles and under-eye bags the year gives you.
also, now that i'm starting my SECOND year, i have to say--damn, that first year is a bitch. i honestly didn't realize it until now, when i can see how much more relaxed i am and how easier everything is (photocopying, teaching, chatting in hallways, grocery shopping, faculty meetings, finding the library, etc etc....).
glad to see you're settling in, and when things get a bit crazy just remember next year at this time things will be golden. or at least bronze .
